If the product is damaged at the time of delivery

To request a return or refund:

The customer must provide a clear open-box/unboxing video

The video must show:

The package being opened

The damaged portion of the product clearly

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Change of mind

Color or design preference

Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

Damage reported without proper video proof

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
